Commodities Not Specified by Kind

HS 99 covers miscellaneous commodities and products that do not fit into any other HS classification categories. This chapter is used as a catch-all for unusual, specialized, or undefined goods that cannot be classified elsewhere. For example, prototype components or experimental materials may be classified under HS 99 when they don't match standard product categories.
